A good point on the TT01 chassis used on the Nissan 350z model car is the use of a urethane foam plastic bumper on the front of the chassis.
This sits behind the bodyshell when fitted and provides a lot of protection for chassis and bodywork when the driver smashes the model into a brickwall, rock, other car etc.
Wheels are the usual one piece deal with slicks that that need to be stretched on and glued. Standard 1/10th scale touring car hex fitting. On the Nissan 350z you get cool looking black five spoke wheels.

Good neat layout of the TT01 chassis as seen in these photographs. The battery runs longitudinally down the right hand side of the car (not fitted in the photo).
The Nissan 350z bodyshell that is modelled on this car has quite small overhangs as can be seen from the pictures below.

The superbly modelled vac formed lexan bodyshell of this model car needs to be trimmed. As usual the wheel arches take longest. I use a combination of scissors and craft knives for this job. The car comes with a lexan rear wing that also needs trimming and painting.
This lexan shell as pictured here is ready for cleaning prior to painting and decalling.
